ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent register a case on the basis of the complaint dated 28.04.2016 and 12.05.2016 lodged by the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, on the complaints dated 28.04.2016 and 12.05.2016 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry in C.S.R.No. 205 of 2016 was conducted and the same was closed on 20.05.2016. A copy of the Closure Report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.

Recording the same, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
