PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned order of the first respondent in Se.Mu.Na.Ka.No.2687/A1/2011 dated 12-04-2012 and quash the same and direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner in service with all attendant benefits.

ORDER

It is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Government Advocate that the sole petitioner passed away as early as on 25.06.2024. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he is not in a position to reach the legal representatives of the deceased petitioner and hence, he could not take appropriate steps.

In the light of the above, this writ petition stands abated on the death of sole petitioner. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed as abated leaving it open to the legal representatives of the deceased petitioner to file appropriate application if, they are so advised. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions, if any shall stand closed. No costs. 11.09.2024 Index :
