No. 101/04 on the file of D.M.C. Arakkonam pending disposal of the above Second Appeal SA. No. 137 of2017 in (CMP No.4846 of 2017 IN SA.137/2017).

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.V.ANANTHAKRUSHNAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.P.KRISHNAN Advocate for the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Courts below had recorded concurrent findings to the effect that the petitioner/appellant is not in possession of the suit property.
