The learned Advocate Commissioner has filed a memo seeking additional remuneration of Rs.15,000/-.

2. The learned counsel for the defendants has submitted that the Advocate Commissioner was appointed and Rs.5,000/- was paid as remuneration to record the evidence of the second defendant.

When the matter was in progress for cross examination, the second defendant died and hence, he requests to fix a reasonable amount as additional remuneration.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, Rs.10,000/- is fixed towards additional remuneration for the Advocate Commissioner.

4. The defendants are directed to pay the said amount within two weeks. The Memo is closed.
