Ms.J.Juliet Pushpa, the Law Secretary, Government of Puducherry in pursuant to the orders passed by this court on 20.06.2018 and explained that in future such lapses will not occur. Thus, her further appearance is dispensed with.

3.In respect of the writ petition on hand, the learned Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents made a submission that the order impugned in this writ petition has been withdrawn. In view of the submission made, no further adjudication needs to be entertained in respect of the grounds raised in this writ petition. 4.Accordingly, this writ petition stands closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
