Na.Ka.No.21763/A2/2022 dated 30.12.2022 by the third respondent and the relieving order in Na.Ka.No.255/2022 dated 31.12.2022 by the fourth respondent and to quash the same and to allow the petitioner to continue in the service till the end of the academic year 2022-2023.

When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in the present Writ Petition seeking for extension of the service of the petitioner herein till the end of the academic year 2022-2023 has apparently become infructuous in the view of the closure of the academic year 2022-2023.

2. Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
