GOVINDARAJAN THILAKAVADI , J., (Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR, J.,) This order will now dispose of the captioned 'Writ Miscellaneous Petition' [hereinafter 'WMP' for the sake of brevity].

2. Captioned WMP has been filed to condone the delay of 315 days in re-presenting the captioned writ petition.

3. Mr.S.Senthil Kumar, learned counsel on record for petitioner, adverting to paragraph No.3 of the support affidavit submits that there was a delay in procuring documents of the year 1980 and that has caused the delay. Paragraph No.3 of the support affidavit reads as follows:

'3. The delay happened is due to my client has given certain necessary documents related to the year 1980 belatedly. The delay is neither willful nor wanton.'
