ORDER

This Criminal Petition has been filed praying to direct the 2nd respondent Police to register a case and investigate the matter in accordance with law on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner to the respondent on 24.03.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is represented that according to the petitioner, a complaint dated 24.03.2015 was sent by post to the respondentsPolice and no action was taken. Therefore, the petitioner is directed to go in person and give a copy of the complaint dated 24.03.2015 to the respondent-Police and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into and take action in accordance with law as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
