This Writ Petition only challenges a report in Form VSI - 1 dated 30.05.2014 issued by the first respondent - Commercial Tax Officer.

2. Mr.Adithya Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly states that pursuant to the enforcement proceedings, an order of assessment has been passed on 26.03.2018. Though initially there was a stay granted by this Court, it has been varied/vacated for non-payment of batta.
3. In the aforesaid circumstances, nothing further remains to be said in this Writ Petition.
4. Recording the above, the Writ Petition is closed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
