ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents to fix the pay of the petitioner in pay band-4 with effect from September 2009 with all consequential benefits and pay Rs.3000/- as non practicing allowance as per GO (MS) No.53 Health and Family Welfare Department dated 10.2.2011 issued by the first respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the petitioner is directed to submit a fresh representation to the second respondent, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the same, the second respondent is directed to consider the same and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks thereafter.

4. With the above directions, this Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
