ORDER
Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Miscellaneous Petition seeking to condone the delay of 148 days in filing the Review Petition in SR No.161061 of 2019 against the order passed in W.P.No.25747 of 2003 and she also made an endorsement to that effect.
2. In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn and the Review Application is rejected in S.R. stage itself. No costs.
