This writ petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the first and second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.01.2021 and pass necessary orders to receive the rent for the shop in situated at Door.No.70, Car Street, Thiruvannamalai Town. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2. After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents, I am inclined to dispose this writ petition by directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.01.2021 filed under Section 10 (2) of the Waqf Properties Lease Rules and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Needless to state that before passing such order the private respondent who has been impleaded today shall also be heard.
3. This writ petition stands disposed of with the above observations. No costs.
