[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] This petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the petitioner's minor daughter viz. Gokila before this Court and hand over her custody to him.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that, the detenue was secured on 14.03.2021 and the custody of the detenue was handed over to the petitioner on the same day. 4.Recording the same, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
