This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to register the complaint dated 07.05.2016 and 14.05.2016 preferred by the petitioner and proceed in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the Respondents.

It is seen that earlier the petitioner has given a complaint, based on which, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed by the Sub-Inspector of Police, EDF- II, Team - III, Central Crime Branch, Chennai - 7. Though the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that a copy of the closure report was served on the opposite party, another copy of the closure report is also furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.
