Application coming on this day before this court for hearing and the Court made the following order: This application is filed for leave to institute the suit against the defendants before this Court.

2. I heard the learned counsel for the applicant.

3. The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ suit is for recovery of a sum of about Rs.1,09,35,500/-. He

submits that the said loan was given by the applicant to the respondents at Chennai and that the promissory notes and other documents were executed at Chennai. On account of the fact that the the respondents reside outside the original jurisdiction of this Court, the present application is filed.

4. I considered the submissions of the learned counsel and examined the plaint and the affidavit in support of this application. Upon perusal thereof, I find that a substantial part of the cause of action has arisen at Chennai because the loan was extended at Chennai and the promissory notes and other documents were executed in Chennai.

5. Therefore, this application is allowed and the applicant is granted leave to institute the suit against the defendants before this Court.
