When the matter is taken up for disposal, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner made a submission that on account of efflux of time, the cause arose for filing of this writ petition lost its relevance. If at all, any grievance exist to the writ petitioner as of now, it is always left open to the petitioner to approach the Competent Authority for the redressal of the same in the manner known to law.

2. With this liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
