While disposing of this Civil Revision Petition on 13.06.2019, this Court directed the Trial Court to dispose of O.S.No.104 of 2014 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

This Court has received a communication from I Additional District Judge, Erode seeking extension of time to comply with the order dated 13.06.2019 passed in C.R.P.(PD) NO.1859 OF 2017. The learned Judge has expressed certain genuine difficulties for not complying with the orders of this Court within time.

Therefore, time is extended by two months from today to comply with the order dated 13.06.2019s passed by this Court in the above Civil Revision Petition.
