O R D E R

The learned Standing Counsel for the respondent on instructions submitted that the respondent has already handed over the order dated 26.04.2016 to the petitioner directing him to join duty at Villupuram - I Branch, where he would be given lighter job.

2. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner disputed the said statement. According to the learned counsel, the petitioner has not received the copy of the said order.

3. In view of the submission made on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned counsel for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ the respondent has handed over a copy of the order, dated

26.04.2016, signed by Thiru.K.Pandian, Assistant Manager, Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation, Villupuram to the petitioner. The petitioner received the said order.

4. The petitioner is permitted to join duty at Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation, Villupuram - I Branch on 29.04.2016 at 10.00 a.m. It is made clear that no other order would be produced by the petitioner for joining and he should be permitted to join on the strength of the order now handed over to him in open Court.

5. In view of the compliance of the order passed by this Court, the contempt petition is closed.

Thiru.Paramasivadoss, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent is directed to inform the concerned branch about the order passed by this Court and the direction to permit the petitioner to join duty on 29.04.2016.
