Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition to imposed to appear before the trial court once in a month on the petitioner/ appellant in Crl Mp No. 10727/2019 in Crl A No. 489/2019 Order Dated 02/08/2019.[CRL.MP.NO.2160/2020] Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.KRISHNAMOORTHY, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.PRABAKAR ADDL. PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Court, vide order dated 02.08.2019 passed in Crl.M.P.No.10727 of 2019 in Crl.A.No.

489 of 2019, has suspended the sentence imposed on the petitioner/appellant subject to certain conditions, one of which is that he shall appear before the Special court on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m until the disposal of the appeal. Seeking relaxation of the said condition, the present petition has been filed by the petitioner/appellant. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the said condition imposed by this Court without any default and hence, the same may be relaxed. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has not seriously opposed the said submission.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.10727 of 2019 on 02.08.2019 directing the petitioner to appear before the Trial Court on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., is relaxed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
