Civil Miscellaneous Appeal filed under Section 173 of Motor Vehicle Act, 1988, seeking to set aside the judgment and decree made in MCOP No.3957 of 2010 dated 17.07.2014 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal at Chennai (Special Sub Judge I dealing with MCOP Cases) insofar as to enhance the compensation by another sum of Rs.6,00,000/- to the appellant.

JUDGMENT
When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the Appellant sought permission of this Court to withdraw this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal and sought permission of this Court to withdraw the claim amount from the bank. An Endorsement to the said effect is also made by the learned counsel for the Appellant in the Appeal today.
