Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 consider the representation dated 25.11.2019, submitted with the 1st respondent and direct them to remove the classification of lands as "Anatheenam" in the revenue records in respect of lands comprised in S.Nos.197/1- (3.87 acres), 197/2-(0.98 Acres), 221/2-(1.96 Acres), 203/1 (3.85 Acres), 204-(9.97 Acres), 270/1-(43.12 Ares) of Menellore village, gummidipoondi Taluk, Tiruvallur District and reclassify them as patta lands and record the same in revenue records and issue patta in the name of petitioners.
