ORDER
This petition has been filed to transfer the investigation pertaining to Crime No.339 of 2019 on the file of the respondent to some other Agency or to the Superior Grade to investigate the case.
2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on complaint, the case was registered in Crime No. 339 of 2019 for offences under Sections 448, 294(b), 323, 506(1) and 379 of IPC. He further submitted that the respondent Police had completed the investigation and also filed final report in Crime No. 339 of 2019, before the learned Subordinate Judge, Mettupalayam and the learned Judge is yet to take cognizance on the final report filed by the respondent Police.

3. Under these circumstances, the change of investigation would not serve any purpose. However, the petitioner is at liberty to invoke provisions under Section 319 Cr.P.C. during the trial before the trial Court.
4. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
