ORDER

Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the petitioner prays to permit him to withdraw the present Revision Case with liberty to file an appeal before the Sessions Court, Thiruvallur under Section 29 of the Domestic Violence Act.

2. With such liberty, the present Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn.
