This petition has been filed to dispense with the production of original payment receipt of Rs.25,000/- to the credit of MCOP No.2450 of 2018 on the file of Special Court, MACT, Tiruppur.

2. In view of the report submitted by the learned Special District Judge dealing with MCOP Cases, Tiruppur that the appellant herein deposited a sum of Rs.25,000/- to the credit of MCOP No.2450 of 2018 on 27.11.2024, the prayer sought for in this petition is allowed.
