The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records of the third respondent herein in its proceedings made in Employment notice Na.Ka.No.954/2010/A1 dated 06.01.2011 and its application along with general eligibility conditions set out therein and quash the same. This Writ Petition is filed to quash the proceedings of the third respondent in Employment notice Na.Ka.No.954/2010/A1 dated 06.01.2011 and its application along with general eligibility conditions set out therein.

2. On the earlier occasion, learned Special Government Pleader submitted that pursuant to the impugned notice, no action has been initiated against the petitioner and therefore nothing survives in this writ petition.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner requested this Court that liberty may be given to challenge if any fresh notice is issued by the respondents.
4. In the light of the above submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents and the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, it is left open to the petitioner to agitate, if fresh notice is issued. No order as to costs.
