This Criminal Revision Case has been filed under Section 397 read with Section 401 of Cr.P.C, to enhance the sentence of 1 year Rigorous imprisonment and fine of Rs.1,000/- imposed on the first respondent herein for commission of an offence under Section 494 IPC and a sentence of imprisonment till the rising of the Court and a fine of Rs.1,000/- imposed on the Second Respondent herein for commission of an offence under by the learned XVII Additional Sessions Judge, Chennai in Crl.Appeal No.123 of 2014. 2. The Trial Court has granted benefit under Section 4 of Probation of Offenders Act and the same was set aside. However, the sentence was granted one year. Seeking enhancement, wife has preferred this Criminal Revision Case.

3. The learned counsel for the revision petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Revision Case.

the revision petitioner, this Criminal Revision Case stands dismissed as withdrawn.
