CMP.No.12322 of 2016 in C.M.A.SR.No.51206 of 2016 T.MATHIVANAN,J., This petition has been filed to accept the cause title as given in CMA.SR.No.51206 of 2016.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Originally, when the petition came up for admission on 11.08.2016, this Court had specifically directed the learned counsel for the petitioner to produce the authorisation letter authorising the deponent to swear on behalf of the petitioner/Company. In pursuance to the direction of this Court, the learned counsel for the petitioner has produced a letter of authorisation, wherein it is stated that on 05.07.2016, an extraordinary General Body Meeting was convened and in that meeting, it was resolved that Mr.V.R.Ravikumar/deponent/applicant, Director of Finance was authorised to sign all the documents and duly represent the Company. In respect of filing an appeal before the High Court of Judicature at Madras against the orders passed in E.I.O.P.No.93 of 2004, the letter of authorisation is accepted. Hence, this petition is allowed and the cause title is accepted. Gv 17.08.2016 Note: Office is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order.
