2. Heard Mr.A.Kalaiselvan, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents.

3. In view of the interim order passed in Crl.R.C.No.122 of 2024 dated 13.02.2024, the relief as sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted at this stage. Depending upon the final result in the criminal revision, appropriate direction can be issued.
