PRAYER: This criminal original petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.30925 of 2024 dated 11.12.2024 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.30925 of 2024 dated 11.12.2024 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.
3.Considering the submissions and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.30925 of 2024 dated 11.12.2024 is totally relaxed.
