ORDER

The relief sought for in this writ petition is to forbear the second respondent from interfering with the petitioner's property comprised in S.F. Nos.82/3, 82/4, 82/7, 82/9, 82/10, 82/11, 82/16, 83/4 of West Kumaralingam Village, Madathukulam Taluk, Tirupur District.

2. Heard the submissions of the learned counsel on both sides.

The learned counsel for the petitioner brought to the notice of this Court, today that the civil dispute between the petitioner and the respondents Nos.3 to 5 has been decreed in favour of the petitioner in O.S No.311 of 2013 on the file of the Sub Court, Udumulpet. Hence, he submits that the writ petition can be disposed of by recording the fact that the suit has been decreed in favour of the petitioner.
