This petition has been filed to relax the condition that " the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders" imposed by this Court in Crl.MP.No.18489 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.29000 of 2024 dated 02.01.2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in Paragraph No.7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.18489 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.29000 of 2024 dated 02.01.2025, is relaxed.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
