This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 10.02.2014 and to investigate the same. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] for the respondents and perused the materials available on record. 3.It is the case of the petitioner that he has inherited certain lands, in which, one Srinivasalu is putting up lay out. A complaint has been given to the Economic Offences Wing by the petitioner, which is not authorised to deal with the said complaint.
