ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para No.7(b) imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.29411 of 2024, dated 25.11.2024, that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police everyday at 06:30 p.m., for a period of two weeks. Thereafter, the first petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation and the second and third petitioners shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 06:30 p.m., until further orders.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para No.7(b) imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.29411 of 2024, dated 25.11.2024, is relaxed to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
