The Writ Petition has been filed to call for the records on the file of the respondent 1. Letter Roc.No.16550/2010/F1-1 dated 09.02.2011 2.Proc.ROC.No.21598/2011/F1 dated 17.08.2011 and quash the same so far it relates to the second respondent and direct the first respondent to include the name of the petitioner in the 20th vacancy of the panel for the post of Assistant Executive Engineer and promote him as Assistant Executive Engineer from the date on which the second respondent was promoted with all consequential service and monitory benefits.

2. When the matter was called on06.03.2024 and 13.03.2024, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, the matter was ordered to be listed to-day i.e., on 15.03.2024, under the caption 'for dismissal'.

3. Today also, when the matter was called, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed for 'non prosecution'. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
