The learned counsel appearing for the Civil Revision Petitioner contended that the Civil Revision Petitioner vacated the premises and handed over the same to the concerned Estate Officer.
2. The present Civil Revision Petition is filed against the orders dated 19.01.2012 in C.M.A No.116 of 2010 on the file of the V-Additional Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai. The learned Judge held that the Civil Revision Petitioner is not entitled for allotment of accommodation and also dismissed the appeal filed by the revision petitioner. Aggrieved against the orders passed by the learned V-Additional Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, the present Civil Revision Petition is filed. Since it is stated that the Civil Revision Petitioner has already vacated and handed over the premises, no further adjudication is required in the present case. 3.Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed.
