Respondents Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to India for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 8th respondent and other educational authorities, respondents 2 to 5 and 10 and 11 to restrain the illegal acts of the trespassers and hijackers of the school bus and to take suitable/necessary legal action against them as per the rules framed thereunder.
