ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested by the respondent police on 12.12.2021 for the offence under sections 8(c), 20(b) (ii) (A), 22(c) and 29(1) of NDPS Act, 1985, in Crime No.985 of 2021, seeks bail.

2. The FIR against the petitioner and other accused indicates that the petitioner and along with two others, were in possession of LSD stamp and Ganja. From this petitioner five LSD stamp was recovered and contraband has been sent forward to the analysis and report is awaited.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the alleged recovery is less than commercial quantity and therefore, he may be released on bail and he is ready to abide by any condition. This Court, however not inclined to grant bail, at this juncture, till the receipt of the analysis report and completion of investigation.
