This Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the order dated 29.11.2011 made in I.A.No.196 of 2011 in O.S.No.12 of 2005 on the file of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court No.II, Coimbatore.

2. Today, when the Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners is present and made a submission that, the prayer sought for by the petitioners in this Civil Revision Petition becomes infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Petition.

3. In view of the above said submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the revision petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
