ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner herein who has impregnated 15 years old child and unfortunately, the girl has also given birth now. The petitioner wants bail on the ground that it is a love affair between victim girl and the petitioner. The petitioner is 25 years old and the victim girl is 15 years old. The petitioner admits that he is the cause for her pregnancy and child birth. This Court finds that it is open and shut case for prosecuting the petitioner herein under POCSO Act and there is no purpose in granting bail. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
