O R D E R

The learned counsel appearing for the Revision Petitioner filed a memo dated 22.06.2012 stating that he has handed over the papers to the petitioner and also has stated that he is withdrawing the Valkalat and appearance in the Civil Revision Petition.

2. In view of the memo filed by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court by order dated 01.10.2018, directed the Registry to send drafted notice to the petitioner.

3. Pursuant to the order of this Court, the Registry sent a drafted notice to the sole petitioner, viz., S.C.Parameswaran, on 08.10.2018. However, the notice was returned unserved with an endorsement "the addressee had expired".

4. Since the legal representatives of the deceased petitioner are not brought on record in the Civil Revision Petition, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as abated. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
