The prayer sought for in this writ petition is for a mandamus directing the third respondent to dispose the appeal dated 02.07.2019 under RTI Act, 2005 within a timeframe. 2.On instruction, the learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the third respondent is proposing to conduct an enquiry on 20.03.2020.

3. In view of the above undertaking given by the third respondent, this writ petition is disposed of, by directing the third respondent to complete the enquiry and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks. No costs.
