Learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents made a submission that pursuant to the recommendations of the Advisory Board, the order of detention issued by the authorities was revoked. Accordingly, the Government issued G.O. Rt. No.936 Home, Prohibition and Excise (IX) Department dated 12.03.2018.

2.In view of this development, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken in support of the grounds raised in this Habeas Corpus Petition. Accordingly, this petition stands closed.
