The petitioner has filed this petition seeking to call for the entire records in connection with FIR registered in Cr.No.271/2017 dated 22.05.2017, pending on the file of the 1st respondent in respect of petitioner and quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation has been completed and a Charge Sheet has also been filed in C.C.No.64 of 2018, before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Uthiramerur.
