Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the same is ordered. The petitioner is permitted to effect substituted service on 1st and 4th respondents by paper publication. In respect of 1st respondent, the paper publication shall be effected in a Tamil daily having wide circulation at Chennai district and in respect of 4th respondent, the paper publication shall be effected in a Tamil daily having wide circulation at Erode district. The paper publication shall be effected on or before 27.02.2024 for the hearing date fixed at 13.03.2024.
