ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) When the application was heard in the morning session, there was no appearance for the respondents. Hence, the matter was passed over. Even in the afternoon session, there is no appearance for the respondents.

2. Heard on the application to condone the delay of 219 days in filing the appeal.

3. On a perusal of the application, we find that the delay has been properly explained in paragraphs 7 and 8 of the application. We find sufficient cause to condone the delay. Accordingly, the delay of 219 days is condoned and this petition is allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the appeal and list for admission.
