The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to consider petitioner's representation dated 29.12.2010 for absorbing her as a Medical Officer in the Corporation Medical Services by getting necessary proposal from the 2nd and 3rd respondents and pass appropriate orders without violating any seniority in the existing post or alternatively directing the 1st respondent to regularize her
services as Lady Medical Officer in the 5th respondent organization without insisting on annual contract and to grant such further or other reliefs.
