(CRIME NO.267/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time granted in CRL.OP.No.1494 of 2022 dated 25.01.2022 to furnish sureties before the Hon'ble Judicial Magistrate No.1, Cuddalore and pass such further or other order as this Hon'ble Court deem fit and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.MUTHUSELVAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.L.BASKARAN, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner on 25.01.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.1494 of 2022 to comply with the conditions.
