Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 25.06.2018 in regard to complete the construction work of fish pond in the petitioner's land. For petitioner : No Appearance For Respondents : Mr.Alagu Goutham, Government Advocate for R1 to R4.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 25.06.2018 in regard to complete the construction work or fish pond in the petitioner's land.

2. When the Matter was listed for hearing on 13.04.2023, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and hence the matter was posted on 18.04.2023. When the matter was taken for hearing on 18.04.2023, once again there was no representation for the petitioner and in order to give one more opportunity to the petitioner, the matter was again

directed to be listed on 20.04.2023 under the caption ''For Dismissal''. Today, the case is listed for hearing under the caption "for Dismissal" but today also none represented on behalf of the petitioner.

3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
