(CRIME NO.267 /2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed in para No.7 (b) in CRL.OP.No.1494 of 2022 dated 25.01.2022 i.e., the petitioner shall make non-refundable deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) through demand draft to the credit of Registered Advocates Clerks Association, Vellore and pass such further or other order as this Hon'ble Court deem fit and thus render justice. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to modify the condition that the petitioner was directed to deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) through demand draft to the credit of Registered Advocate Clerks Association, Vellore, imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.1494 of 2022 dated 25.01.2022.

2. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is very poor family and he is a driver of the vehicle. He further submitted that the petitioner is not able to mobilize the funds. Hence, the present modification petition has been filed.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, reason is justifiable, the condition already imposed by this Court is modified and the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) through demand draft to the credit of Registered Advocate Clerks Association, Vellore. This petition is ordered.
