ORDER
The petitioner seeks modification of Condition No.6(ii) imposed by this Court in Crl.R.C.No.706 of 2025, dated 11.06.2025, whereby this Court directed the petitioner to deposit the original Registration Certificate of the vehicle for return of the vehicle.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the original Registration Certificate is presently required for renewing the insurance, fitness and emission certificates. Hence, the Trial Court is directed to return the original Registration Certificate to the petitioner for a period of four weeks. The petitioner shall surrender the original Registration Certificate within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the passport, failing which the order granting return of the vehicle to the petitioner shall stand vacated.
